- My father was Albert Ernest Hargadon born Dec 14, 1913 in Liverpool, England.
His Father was Ernest and Mother was Eleanor.
His younger brother (my Uncle) was George.
Albert Ernest Hargadon served in the Royal Engineers pre, during and post WW-II. His departing rank was Master Sargent.
Albert Ernest Hargadon married Elisabeth Mueller in Kentucky, USA and lived in Cincinatti, Ohio until 1960 and then moved to California.
Albert Ernest died of throat and lung cancer at age 69 in Sep 1982.

- Married to Debbie since 1986.
2 daughters - Katie (age 18 and a freshman in college) and Grace (age 13 and in the 8th grade)
One older sister Elisabeth (aka Betty Ann) who is also married and also has 2 daughters - Kris (age 30) and Erika (age 25)
Our mother is also Elisabeth (aka Betty), age 84 and in good health.

All these years and I thought I had NO 1st cousins and it turns out I now have SIX ..... how exciting is that ?
I hope you can email me back soon but if not please send me a long letter telling me about your life, your Dad, the other 5 cousins (where do they live, email addresses, mailing addresses) and what your Dad had told you about his life growing up in Liverpool, his parents, etc ..... AND if you could send any old/new photos so I could scan them and put them on this site.
I will write back and return the photos I promise.

- Sorry its taken so long to reply I have been offline and only just borrowed a friends tonight. I am so excited to have found you I can hardly sit still, the teenagers here are still laughing at me screaming out everyway through your message. I have copied your email and will try to email you tomorrow from work. I have looked for you all my life its just really sad that our dads are not here to be back in touch. Dad has 5 other kids from his 1st marriage that are all around your age and up to 60yo. I hope I can get in touch via my work email or otherwise I will beg my friend to get back on her computer again very soon.
